It depends on the service:
- Cruises: Package pricing options based on trip length and the level of planning support.
- Luxury travel, honeymoons, multi-stop adventures: Hourly rate (includes finding flights, booking hotels, excursions, dining, rental cars/trains, and more). Services are customizable depending on how hands-on or hands-off you want us to be.
Yes. We provide recommendations for travel insurance options and guidance on credit cards that offer strong travel protections.

We recommend reaching out at least 6–9 months before your travel dates, especially for popular destinations, multi-destination trips, cruises, and peak seasons. But we can also plan last-minute trips up to a month away depending on the budget and destination.
Yes. If unexpected issues arise—such as flight cancellations—we are available to assist with rebookings, cancellations, and other urgent needs.
As always, it depends. For a two-week trip, it typically takes 2–4 weeks to develop a comprehensive itinerary, depending on the level of input the client has already provided. More time may be needed if you want extra guidance in shaping your plans.
